Return Window
You can request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Please note: We do not accept exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or preference.
📦 Return Process
To request a return, email us at support@poplii.com with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please remember:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake
- Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be processed
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened mystery boxes
- Digital products
- Clearance or sale items
- Personalized or limited-edition products
All sales of the above items are final.
❗️ Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please contact your local courier first.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us — we’ll assist as much as possible.
